During the estimating process, we aim to be as efficient in processing your claim as possible. Everything from dealing with your insurance adjuster to arranging a car rental, we will have you covered.

Once you drop off your car, the repair of your vehicle starts in one of the 19 repair bays that make up our 15,000 square foot facility. At this point you can monitor your vehicle through our website by your assigned tracking number until complete.

Once complete, your vehicle is vacuumed and washed. With the detail finished, the car is ready for its final inspection. All aspects of the repair are checked and tested. When all the repairs have been completed to meet our standards of quality, it's time for you to get your car back.

You can now leave the rental car with us and be on your way with a Refinished Lifetime Warranty and the peace of mind that your vehicle is restored to it's original condition.
